RETURN POLICY

Defective Item Return
If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of the item. Aston Rouge will gladly accept returns for the items and customer will get a full refund for any defective items and the return shipping charges from customer’s destination to our Hong Kong warehouse.

Non-defective Item Return
Aston Rouge will accept for any items in new, unused, and undamaged condition within 30 days from confirmed delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition, original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase for a full refund; otherwise, the refund will not be issued. However, customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges from customer’s destination to our Hong Kong warehouse. Please make sure to use an insured, prepaid postal service that provides tracking info, as we will not be able to issue a refund if we do not receive the return item. Once we receive the items back in our Hong Kong warehouse, we will issue a refund after deducting all return shipping costs. Purchases become final sales after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date and are no longer eligible for return or refund.

Failed Delivery
Orders that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, or customer not available at time of delivery, customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges from customer’s destination to our Hong Kong warehouse. Once we receive the items back in our Hong Kong warehouse, we will issue a refund after deducting all return shipping costs.

Refused Delivery
Delivery refused by customer, or customer chooses shipping without duty paid during checkout and subsequently declines to pay applicable duties & taxes when it arrives. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges from customer’s destination to our Hong Kong warehouse. Once we receive the items back in our Hong Kong warehouse, we will issue a refund after deducting all return shipping costs.

*Original Condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the packages are undamaged, unmarked and in re-sellable condition.
**Refunds will only be issued after we have received the return item and it has been inspected, probably within 5-7 business days upon receipt of returned item.
