Dispatch Time

If an item is available to order online, this means the item is in stock. When items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from us. In some cases, we may have to contact you to verify that information you provided is correct (e.g. shipping address) or your transaction is legitimate, this may cause some slight delays in shipping your product. Under unforeseen circumstance that items are not in stock, we will contact you within 1 business day regarding your order with an explanation as well as an estimated dispatched date.

For items that are sold on pre-sale status (which will be clearly displayed on product page)  our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business days with an estimated dispatched time after we received your order.

Shipping Fee and Delivery Time

We charge a flat rate for shipping depends on the location you provided.

Shipping time varies by location and shipping option you choose. You will have an estimated delivery time once you enter your shipping address.

As an added value to our shipping services, Aston Rouge also provide express shipping services (1-4 business days delivery) options for your order during the checkout process. Additional shipping cost will be reflected your total order amount. If you need your order before a special date, please let us know using the order notes under additional information during the checkout process.

*Please note international shipments may experience additional delays when being processed through customs which we do not have any control over it.

*Delivery time is estimated by the courier companies. In any event of unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances such as weather, strikes and lockouts, transportation and customs check may cause a delay in delivery time and shall not be liable for such delay in delivery or any losses.

Kindly note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost (Unless “Duty paid” is stated in the shipping option you chooses). These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Liability of Courier

If any issues come up regarding the shipment of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will get you taken care of as soonest as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, Aston Rouge is not responsible for any losses or damages. If you are in receipt of a damaged or tampered parcel, you have to notify us within 3 business day of receipt. After this time, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.
