Our email subscribers get special discounts and deals, as well as product information and recommendations straight to their inbox. We understand inboxes can get backed up and allow you to cancel your subscription at any time. In each of our emails, you will find an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom. Click on this link and we will remove you from all promotional emails. You will still, however, receive order emails summarizing your purchases and informing you of delivery information.
Checking the status of your order is easy. Simply log in to your account and view previous orders. The information for any in-progress order will be updated as processing is completed and shipping progress is made.
You can return any item in brand new/unopened condition within 30 days. Item must be returned in its original condition such as wrapping, box, warranty papers & tags. Shipping charges will not be refunded for the non-defective item. Please make sure to use safe postage service with tracking number, we will not be able to provide a refund if we do not receive the item.
Item will be shipped within 1-3 business day after payment is confirmed. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. When we send your order, we will email you a confirmation and include tracking information. You may also log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order.
Shipping costs are determined by order quantity and destination. We offer flat rate shipping, as well as economy, priority and first options. For some products, we can offer free shipping and returns worldwide. Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for items sent to any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
If you lose or forget your password between shopping trips, simply click on the “Lost your password?” link below the login button on the login screen or at checkout. Fill in your username or email on file in the designated box and we will send you an email with a link to create a new password.
You are free to cancel your order anytime before your checkout, however, once the item is shipped out, we cannot accept cancellations unless the item is unable to reach the destination. If you would like to check if it is possible to cancel your order for other reason, please email [email protected] and include:
